Holy sh*t it’s Thanksgiving week!
We are hosting our very first Thanksgiving dinner (no pressure) and I have been on the hunt for the perfect (simple) winter cocktail. After a few taste tests, I think I found the one. Essentially it’s a Moscow Mule with a cranberry twist, you guys will have to let me know what you think!
You can tweak this recipe any way you like, but here is my finalized concoction:
2 ounces of Absolut Vodka (or your preferred vodka)
8 ounces (ish) of Ginger Beer**
2 ounces of Cranberry Juice
Juice from 1/2 Lime
1 Handful of Cranberries (these are really scientific terms)
1 Rosemary stem for garnish
Instructions: Fill Moscow Mule cups halfway with ice. Pour in the vodka, cranberry juice, ginger beer and lime juice. Garnish with cranberries and a rosemary stem. Be sure to pair it with a festive napkin 🙂
**Trader Joe’s is my go-to for cocktail supplies — I absolutely love their Ginger Beer.
Sip sip hooray!
